Is PDFSpark free?
Yes. The free plan gives you a daily allowance of operations on the core tools, with no account needed. Pro and Lifetime unlock every tool with no daily limit.
Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. Every tool runs in your browser, so your files are processed on your own device and never sent to us.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are one-time payments in Bitcoin through our BTCPay Server checkout. There are no card payments and nothing renews automatically.
What happens when my Pro year ends?
We email you before it ends. If you don't renew, your account simply goes back to the free plan. Renewing early adds the new year on top of the time you have left.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund what you paid, in Bitcoin, to an address you provide.
How do I delete my account?
Open your dashboard, scroll to Account settings and choose Delete account. It's immediate and permanent.
