4 Pages Per Sheet PDF: frequently asked questions
Is four pages per sheet readable?
It works well for slides, diagrams and large-type documents. Each page is scaled to about half its size, so dense small text is better at 2 per sheet.
In what order are the pages placed?
Choose Across, then down (page 1 top left, page 2 top right) or Down, then across (page 2 below page 1).
Can I add borders between pages?
Yes. Add a thin border around each page and choose the spacing between them, or print edge to edge.
What paper size is used?
Sheets use your region's usual paper, A4 or Letter, and the orientation is chosen automatically to make the pages as large as possible. You can set either yourself.
