Print Multiple PDF Pages on One Sheet
Save paper and create compact handouts by placing several PDF pages on a single sheet. Choose 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet on A4 or US Letter paper, the page order and an optional gap or borders, and PDFSpark picks the orientation that shows your pages largest. It all happens in your browser.
Your file is processed by your own browser and never uploaded. Most online tools send your document to their servers and delete it later — this one never receives it at all.

Pages per Sheet: frequently asked questions
How do I print multiple PDF pages on one sheet?
Most print dialogs offer a pages-per-sheet option, but results vary between printers and apps. PDFSpark creates a new PDF with 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages on each sheet, so you can check the layout on screen, share it, and print it anywhere with normal settings.
What does n-up mean?
N-up is a printing term for placing a number of pages, the 'n', on one sheet of paper: 2-up, 4-up and so on. It's used for handouts, proofs and booklets. The pages are scaled down to fit, so choose fewer per sheet if the text needs to stay readable.
Will the text still be readable?
At 2 or 4 pages per sheet, standard documents are usually easy to read. At 6 or 9, text gets small, and 16 suits slides with large fonts or thumbnail overviews rather than dense documents. Because PDF text is vector, it stays sharp when printed, even when scaled down.
Does this change my original PDF?
No. PDFSpark creates a new file with the n-up layout and leaves your original document untouched. The pages are placed onto the new sheets as vector content, so quality is preserved and you can still zoom in on screen or print at full sharpness. Comments and filled-in form fields are printed onto the sheets too.
Is Pages per Sheet free?
Pages per Sheet is a Pro tool, included in PDFSpark Pro Yearly at $40 USD a year and Lifetime at $99 USD once, paid with Bitcoin. The free plan covers core tools such as merge, split, compress and rotate, 3 operations a day, with no account.
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The n-up layout is created in your browser, so the document is processed on your own device and never sent to a server. The finished file saves directly to your downloads, with no copy stored anywhere else. That keeps lecture notes, drafts and internal documents private.
