Does cropping a PDF delete the content outside the crop area?
Cropping changes the visible page area, so content outside it no longer shows or prints. The hidden content may still exist inside the file, though, and could be recovered with a PDF editor. If you need information truly gone, use redaction instead of cropping.
Can I crop just one page?
You don't need any: drag the box on the page and pull its handles until it frames what you want to keep. Choose to apply it to this page only, and the other pages are left unchanged, or to every page at once.
Can I crop different pages differently?
Each run applies one crop area, either to every page or to the page you're viewing. To crop pages differently, crop one page, then open the downloaded file and crop the next; pages you've already cropped keep their crop.
Will cropping reduce the quality of my PDF?
No. Cropping only changes which part of the page is shown; it doesn't re-render or compress anything. Text stays selectable and vector graphics stay sharp at any zoom level. File size stays roughly the same, because the content outside the crop area is kept in the file.
