Insert Pages Into a PDF

Merging puts whole files one after another, but sometimes a signed page, an appendix or a replacement page has to go in the middle of a document. Open the main PDF, add pages from another PDF, and place them exactly where they belong in the page grid. Then reorder, rotate or delete pages and save, all in your browser.

Your file is processed by your own browser and never uploaded. Most online tools send your document to their servers and delete it later — this one never receives it at all.

Why use Insert Pages Into PDF

Insert Pages Into PDF: frequently asked questions

How is this different from Merge PDF?

Merge PDF joins whole files end to end. Here you add pages from another PDF into the document you're working on and can place them anywhere, between existing pages, then fine-tune the order before saving.

How do I replace a page in a PDF?

Add the new page from the other PDF, move it next to the page it replaces, then delete the old page. Save when the grid looks right.

Do inserted pages keep their size and rotation?

Yes. Pages brought in from another PDF keep their own size and orientation, so a landscape table stays landscape inside a portrait report.

Does it keep form fields and links?

Pages keep their content, but like other page-organizing tools, interactive form fields and document-level metadata aren't carried over to the new file.

Is my document uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser, so both PDFs stay on your device. Organize PDF is part of PDFSpark Pro.
