Organize PDF Pages in One Workspace

Fix a messy PDF in a single pass. Drag pages into order, rotate the sideways ones, remove or duplicate pages, insert blank pages where they belong and add pages from another PDF, then save everything at once. The whole job runs in your browser.

Your file is processed by your own browser and never uploaded. Most online tools send your document to their servers and delete it later — this one never receives it at all.

Organize PDF: frequently asked questions

How do I organize pages in a PDF?

Open the PDF in Organize PDF and work on the thumbnail grid: drag pages by their handle to reorder them, or select a page to rotate, duplicate, delete or move it with buttons. You can also insert blank pages and add pages from another PDF, and undo any step. When it looks right, click Save to download the organized file.

Can I add a blank page to a PDF?

Yes. Select a page and choose Insert blank page to add an empty page after it, matching that page's size and orientation. Blank pages are handy for double-sided printing, separating sections, or leaving room for handwritten notes. They're added in your browser, like every other change.

How is Organize PDF different from Reorder Pages?

Reorder Pages only changes the page order. Organize PDF combines reordering with rotating, deleting, duplicating, inserting blank pages and adding pages from another PDF, so you can fix everything in one session instead of running several tools. If you only need to move a few pages, either tool works.

Will organizing pages affect quality?

No. Pages are copied, rotated or removed without being re-rendered, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution. Inserted blank pages are empty pages of the same size. The result looks exactly like your original, just in the new arrangement.

Are my files private when I organize them?

Yes. The PDF is loaded, rearranged and saved entirely in your browser. PDFSpark never receives the document, so there's no server copy and nothing to delete afterwards. That makes the tool suitable for contracts, statements, HR files and other sensitive paperwork.
