Process Many PDFs at Once
Some jobs need doing to a whole folder of PDFs: shrinking a month of scanned receipts, stamping DRAFT on every report, numbering the pages of a set of handouts or locking statements with the same password. Batch PDF applies one action to up to 50 files in turn, shows how each one went, and lets you download them one by one or together as a ZIP. Everything runs in your browser, so the files never leave your device.
Your file is processed by your own browser and never uploaded. Most online tools send your document to their servers and delete it later — this one never receives it at all.

Batch PDF: frequently asked questions
What can Batch PDF do?
It applies one action to up to 50 PDFs at once: compress, add a text watermark or page numbers, rotate every page, convert to grayscale, resize pages to A4, Letter or another paper size, protect with a password, unlock, remove metadata or flatten form fields. Each action uses the same engine as PDFSpark's single-file tool.
Can I run several actions on the same files?
One action runs per batch. To chain them, download the results and run a second batch on them, for example a watermark first and then a password. Your original files are never changed.
What happens if one PDF fails?
The batch carries on with the other files. A PDF that fails is listed with the reason, such as a missing password or a damaged file, and everything that worked can still be downloaded.
How do I unlock many PDFs with the same password?
Choose Unlock and type the password once. It's used for every file that needs one to open, and PDFs that only have editing restrictions unlock without it.
Is Batch PDF free?
Batch PDF is a Pro tool, included in PDFSpark Pro Yearly at $40 USD a year and Lifetime at $99 USD once, paid with Bitcoin. The free plan covers the single-file tools such as merge, split, compress and rotate, 3 operations a day, with no account.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
No. Every file is processed in your browser on your own device, one at a time, and the results are saved straight to your downloads. Nothing is sent to a server or stored anywhere else.
